MEN’S COLLECTION
Fashion rebels: with the new Spring/Summer 2026 Men’s collection, Dsquared2 pushes its penchant for power clashing to new heights while magnifying its love of iconic style moments from fashion history.
Like many of us, Dean and Dan Caten’s journey into the world of fashion was illustrated with a glossy and dramatic vision of boldness, beauty, and power. Reviving this spirit, the collection channels iconic archetypes of 80s, 90s, and 2000s fashion editorials – but, at the same time, breaks all their rules.
Power shoulders, animal print, voluminous silhouettes dripping with detail: these layered looks revive the excess and expression of Fashion with a capital F for a new generation. Lacy shirts in bright primary colors pop against the sophisticated strength of neutral suiting. One look fearlessly layers shredded denim shorts over leopard print tights, while a hybrid navy blazer features cinched details drawn from the world of sportswear. The preppy simplicity of corduroy and poplin is subverted by sexy details and distressed textures. Double-knee workwear pants are pixelated with crystal embellishments. Tropical prints and sashiko embroidery details expand the sense of narrative cross-pollination.
Oversized and intricately conceived, accessories play just as key a role in building out the strong silhouettes as do the clothes. Chunky jewelry boosts the boulder-shoulder looks to new heights. Tank tops feature built-in backpack straps, from which these style rebels hang beaded charms and a pair of the season’s new DC 642 shoe, a slick sneaker that oozes vintage style. A military-inspired cargo belt offers utilitarian practicality while augmenting a powerful silhouette. Trucker hats trade off with berets, revealing multitudes of masculinity.
In another clever twist on the brand’s signature practice of self-referentialism, the familiar ICON motif is reimagined as ICONique. The capsule features collectible T-shirts with prints celebrating some of the most iconic pieces from the Dsquared2 archive, like ultra-glamorous heels, statement belt buckles, and graphic trucker hats. A newly created logo proudly stamps sweatshirts and shorts, T-shirts, and hybrid bodysuits, rounding out the capsule of accessible and expressive wardrobe staples.
Extending the spirit of nostalgia for a bigger, bolder era, the photographic presentation of the collection peels back the layers to revive a defining perspective in fashion image-making. Channeling iconic photographers like Bill King and Richard Avedon, the portraits combine a minimalist, in-studio directness with larger-than-life energy and posing from the models.
Spring/Summer 2026 is unmistakably Dsquared2, yet it also nods to a spirit of fashion bigger than the brand. Returning to iconic and inspirational codes while liberating them with a new sense of possibility, Dsquared2 guides us to a layered vision of fearless beauty as only Dsquared2 can.

WOMEN’S COLLECTION
Fashion rebels: with the new Spring/Summer 2026 Women’s collection, Dsquared2 pushes its penchant for power clashing to new heights while magnifying its love of iconic style moments from fashion history.
Nods to classics are subverted through leather and studded spikes. Couture-like, fully beaded skirts create dramatic motion and texture. Instead of a classic button fly, distressed denim pants feature a built-in elastic waistband that brilliantly rethinks the classic exposed underwear look. A hybrid navy blazer features cinched details drawn from the world of sportswear.
One star piece is a sexy twist on the classic dress shirt, featuring an opening back and a tapering front that reveals the hips and can be tucked into or around a belt. Another standout is the minidress crafted from thousands of strands of leopard print chiffon, ecstatically dancing with the body’s motion in a bold statement of feminine power.
Oversized and intricately conceived, accessories play just as key a role in building out the strong silhouettes as do the clothes. Necklaces with massive stones and beads function almost like an outerwear layer when paired with a simple white tank top. Gold jewelry and hardware details catch the light. Tops and jackets feature built-in backpack straps, from which this style rebel hangs beaded charms and a pair of the season’s new DC 642 shoe, a slick sneaker that oozes vintage style. Another deliciously clever footwear moment arrives in the form of a high-heel flip flop. The versatile Twin bag family continues to grow with a new style that features two straps, a juxtaposition of military influence and classic chic that furthers the collection’s story of crafted maximalism.
